Jo is  a 2 time welsh champion and has previously reached a junior World ranking of 32 and European ranking of 11.

Jo required sports therapy and mobility through manual therapy before going to Portugal where he was training with his surf coach for next years Pro Junior which is a series of 5-6 surfing events which take place in Portugal, Spain and France.

The season starts in March April. 
But before the start he’s traveling back to Portugal February half term for a further weeks trading before flying out to The North Shore of Hawaii for 2 weeks big wave Training again with his Coach.

Also this year Jo is hopping to be selected to represent Wales again in the World surfing Championship September (venue not known at this time) he’s also hoping for team selection again at the European Championships that will be held in Norway September / October 2028
