"I've heard that Sports massage and Osteopathy can be painful and sore"

Both sports massage and Osteopathy often carry this no pain no gain mantra. Often they can be uncomfortable but at no time will the session be out of your control. If something is uncomfortable, painful or sore then chat with your professional therapist and let them know. At all times the Osteopath and Sports therapist will be conversing with you to assess your reaction and how the treatment is affecting you.
